【重要公告】國際生留臺實習與就業面試交通補助

為鼓勵本校國際學生參與企業實習與就業面試，並提升留臺發展機會，國立高雄科技大學提供國際生面試交通補助，歡迎符合資格之同學踴躍申請。

To encourage international students to participate in internship and job interviews with companies and to enhance their opportunities to develop careers in Taiwan, National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST) provides transportation subsidies for interview travel. Eligible students are welcome to apply.

一、申請資格 Eligibility

本校在學國際生（外籍生、僑生、港澳生），不含陸生。

Current NKUST international students (international students, overseas Chinese students, and students from Hong Kong & Macao; excluding students from Mainland China).

二、補助内容 Subsidy

• 1. 面試地點往返交通費補助。 1. Round-trip transportation expenses for interview travel.
• 2. 每名學生每學年最多申請2次。 2. Maximum 2 applications per student per academic year.
• 3. 補助交通工具限 高鐵、臺鐵、捷運及公車。 3. Eligible transportation: THSR, TRA, MRT, and bus.

三、申請期間 Application Period

2026年3月10日至2026年6月30日

March 10, 2026 – June 30, 2026

※ 請於完成面試後7日內提出申請。

Applications must be submitted within 7 days after the interview.

四、應備文件 Required Documents

• 1. 面試補助申請表（附件一） Attachment 1: Application Form
• 2. 在學證明文件 Proof of student status
• 3. 匯款帳戶存摺封面影本 Copy of bank passbook cover or bank account information
• 4. 企業實習或就業面試邀請函或相關證明文件 Interview invitation letter or related supporting documents
• 5. 面試往返交通費購票證明（附件二） Attachment 2: Transportation receipt
• 6. 300字以上中文面試心得（附件三） Attachment 3: Reflection report in Chinese

五、其他說明 Notes

本補助經費以當學年度核定經費為限，依申請完成順序受理，經費用罄即停止補助。

The subsidy is limited to the approved budget for the academic year and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the funds are exhausted.
