NKUST TOCFL Incentive Guidelines
一、獎勵目的與申請對象 Purpose & Eligibility
獎勵目的：為鼓勵本校境外學生提升華語文能力、參加華語文能力測驗（TOCFL），並強化在臺就學與職場競爭力。
To encourage foreign students to improve their Chinese proficiency, take the TOCFL, and enhance their competitiveness for study and work in Taiwan.申請對象：本校不具中華民國國籍之 在學境外生。
Foreign students currently enrolled at NKUST who do not hold ROC nationality.⚠️ 注意 Note：
本要點不包含 陸生 及 港澳學生。
Excluding students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.二、適用測驗 Applicable Test
證照名稱：由「國家華語測驗推動工作委員會」所辦理之「華語文能力測驗」正式考試。
Official "Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language" (TOCFL) administered by the Steering Committee for the Test Of Proficiency-Huayu (SC-TOP).- 測驗類型須包含 聽力 (Listening) 與 閱讀 (Reading)。

四、注意事項 Important Notes
- 限在學期間通過檢定。 The award is limited to those who pass the required examinations during their studies at NKUST.
- 同級數申請獎勵至多一次。不斷進步至最高級數者可再次申請。 Students applying for the same level can apply a maximum of once. Students who continuously improve to higher levels can apply again.
- 名額有限。當年度獎勵總金額用罄，即不再受理申請。 Once the total incentive budget for the academic year is exhausted, no further applications will be accepted.
- 不得重複申請。若無向本校其他單位重複送件申請，若有不實需退回全額獎勵金。 No duplicate application submitted to other units of this school. If there is any falsification, the full amount must be returned.
五、申請方式與文件 Application
📄 應備文件 Required Documents
- 華語文檢定考試獎勵金申請表 TOCFL Incentive Application Form
- 當學期在學證明 Certificate of Enrollment for the current semester
- 匯款帳戶存摺封面影本 Copy of bank passbook front page
- TOCFL 報名繳費證明或收據 Proof of TOCFL registration payment or receipt
- 有效期限內之 TOCFL 合格成績單 Valid TOCFL certificate

請於申請期限內填寫申請書，並將相關文件上傳至 Google 表單
※ 逾期恕不受理 Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
