⚠️ 罰則 Penalties

未依規定者，主管機關得依《就業服務法》廢止其工作許可。

未申請工作許可即受聘工作者，將處新臺幣 30,000 元以上、150,000 元以下罰鍰。

Those who work without applying for a work permit may be fined NTD 30,000 to NTD 150,000 and may have their permit revoked.

1. 資格規範 Eligibility

正式入學修習科、系、所課程之僑生、港澳生及外國留學生，入學後即可申請。

Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macau, and international students enrolled in degree programs may apply after admission.

2. 工作時間限制 Working Hours

除寒暑假外，每星期最長工作時數為 20 小時。

Maximum 20 hours per week, except during winter and summer vacations.

3. 許可期間 Validity

外國留學生、僑生及華裔學生之工作許可最長為 1 年。The maximum validity of a work permit is one year.
於每學年上學期 10 月 1 日至次年 9 月 30 日申請者，許可期限不得超過次年 9 月 30 日。Applications submitted between October 1 and September 30 of the following year are valid only until September 30 of the following year.
因休學、退學、畢業、語文學習或技術訓練階段性課程結束者，工作許可即失效。The work permit becomes invalid upon suspension, withdrawal, graduation, or completion of language or technical training programs.

工作證申請流程 Application Process

簽署切結書
Sign Letter of Undertaking

請詳閱「境外生在臺工讀注意事項」，並完整勾選申請理由。於切結書第二頁下方親筆簽名並填寫簽署日期。

Carefully read the Reminders for International Students Working in Taiwan and select your reason(s) for application. ►A handwritten signature on the Letter of Undertaking is required. ►Don't forget to fill in the date (year/month/date) of your signature on the letter of undertaking.

完整填寫表單，並上傳「已簽署完成」的切結書。

Fill out the form and upload the signed Letter of Undertaking. 前往 Google Form

勞動部系統申請
Apply via Ministry of Labor

至系統選擇「僑外生工讀申請」，填寫資料完成申請。

Select "Foreign Student Work Permit" in the system to apply. 前往勞動部系統

申請注意事項 Important Notes

申請前請確認護照與 居留證 (ARC) 仍在有效期限內。
Ensure Passport and ARC are valid.
請務必使用 最新版 工作許可切結書（舊版無法使用）。
Use the latest version of the Letter of Undertaking.
若被退件，請先詳閱系統退件原因。
Check rejection reasons carefully if returned.
休學或退學者，若工作許可仍有效，應 繳回學校國際處。
Return valid permits to OIA if suspending or withdrawing.
