一、報名方式 Registration
TOCFL 正式考試採 網路報名。考生請至 TOCFL 線上報名系統進行報名。

若是第一次使用線上報名系統，請先註冊帳號；已有帳號者可直接登入並報名。
二、選擇『個人報名』：考生自行上網登錄、填寫資料並選擇場次。

🔔 成績單及證書全面數位化 Digital Certificates (Starting 2026)
一、國家華語測驗推動工作委員會宣布，自 2026年1月1日 起，華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）將全面改採 數位成績單及證書，不再核發紙本。
The National Steering Committee for the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) announces that starting from January 1, 2026, TOCFL will fully adopt digital score reports and certificates, and paper versions will no longer be issued.二、數位成績單及證書之驗證方式如下：
Verification Methods for Digital Score Reports and Certificates:- （一）請至 教育部電子證書驗證系統，上傳 PDF 正本進行驗證。驗證結果判讀方式及其他相關規定，請參閱系統內「常見問題」（詳如附件）。

For details on how to interpret verification results and other related regulations, please refer to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section (see attachment). - （二）國家華語測驗推動工作委員會官網既有之驗證頁面，僅適用於 2025年12月31日（含）以前測驗場次所核發之紙本成績單及證書。 The existing verification page on the TOCFL official website applies only to paper score reports and certificates issued for test sessions held on or before December 31, 2025.
⚠️ 考試規則更新 Test Regulations Update
三、考試規則部分業經更新，敬請僑外生報考時留意下列規定：
- (一) 自進場時間開始，禁止考生於紙條、肢體、物品上畫記、抄襲任何文字、符號，包含考後成績。請配合監試人員檢查雙手及手臂，違者將取消考試資格，成績不予計分，亦不退費。
- (二) 考生於試場內若有舞弊行為（如代考等），本會將依其違規情節，限制其報名海內外華語文能力測驗，最長達三年，且須負相應法律責任。
- (三) 新版考試規則全文如附件，請自行下載參閱。
三、Q&A 常見問題
1. TOCFL 考試和之前國際處舉辦的 TOCFL 快篩考試有什麼不同？ What is the difference between the TOCFL test and the TOCFL Speeding Screening test previously held by the Office of International Affairs?
TOCFL 華語文能力測驗為正式考試，具國際認可效力，可用於留學、工作、移民等正式場合，並提供具公信力的官方證書。
The TOCFL Chinese Proficiency Test is an official, internationally recognized exam used for purposes such as study, work, and immigration, and it issues an official certificate.TOCFL「快篩測驗」則多用於學習或教學機構，用來快速評估學習者的中文程度並輔助教學，僅提供成績單，通常不具備與正式測驗相同的官方效力。
The TOCFL “Speeding Screening Test” is mainly for educational institutions to quickly assess learners’ Chinese proficiency. It only provides a score report and is not considered an official language certification.2. 我要怎麼報名 TOCFL 考試？ How do I register for the TOCFL exam?

3. 我想要考試，學校有沒有優惠碼可以索取嗎？ Does the school provide a discount code for the test?
本校並非策略聯盟成員，因此無提供相關優惠碼。
Our school is not a member of the strategic alliance, so no discount code is available.4. 我可以在學校報考正式的 TOCFL 考試嗎？ Can I take the official TOCFL exam on campus?
本校未舉辦正式 TOCFL 考試。請同學自行向「國家華語測驗推動工作委員會」報名，並依公告前往指定的考場應試。
The school does not host the official TOCFL exam. Students must register with the Steering Committee for the Test of Proficiency–Huayu and take the exam at the designated test centers.5. 我不知道應該報考哪個等級，怎麼辦？ What if I’m not sure which level I should register for?
建議報考「電腦化適性測驗（CAT）」。CAT 不需事先選定等級，系統會依據您的作答情況自動調整題目難度，並判定最適合的級別。
We recommend taking the Computer Adaptive Test (CAT). You do not need to choose a level in advance—the system will adjust the difficulty based on your answers and determine your appropriate proficiency level.6. 什麼是電腦化適性測驗（Computer Adaptive Test, CAT）？ What is the Computer Adaptive Test (CAT)?

7. 若想留在台灣工作，建議華語能力應達到什麼程度？ What Chinese proficiency level is recommended if I want to work in Taiwan?
若您是透過「僑外生留臺工作評點制」申請工作許可，評點項目中的「華語語文能力」需達 進階級 B1 才能獲得該項目之分數，有助於累積總點數。
If you apply for a work permit through the “Foreign and Overseas Chinese Students Employment Points System,” you must achieve Level B1 (Intermediate) to earn points under the Chinese proficiency category.四、聯絡資訊 Contact Information
